Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges are permitted. As each piece is a one-off original, we cannot restock or resell identical items once purchased.
Do you ship internationally? How can I track my order?
Yes, we currently ship to most EU countries directly from China.
Detailed tracking information will become available once the parcel arrives in Europe and enters local delivery. Tracking updates may be temporarily delayed during international transit, as shipments might be handled by multiple logistics providers.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
If any delivery issue occurs, please email us and we will liaise with our logistics partner and keep you updated in real time.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing (preparing your tea ware for shipment) typically takes 1 business day before dispatch.
All delivery timelines are calculated in business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and customs clearance delays) and start from the date your order is shipped (not the order placement date):
- Standard Tracked Shipping: 7–14 business days (delivery time only)
- Total time from order placement to delivery: 8–15 business days (including 1 business day of order processing)
What does 'one of a kind' / 'limited to one available piece' mean?
Every piece is entirely unique. Due to hand-throwing and natural kiln transformation, no identical item can ever be made again. Once sold, this exact design is gone for good.
What if my cup arrives broken or damaged?
In the rare event of damage during delivery, please contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging within 24 hours of receipt. We will assess your case and assist accordingly.
Are colours and textures exactly as shown?
Minor variations in shade, glaze and texture are natural to handcrafted porcelain. These are not defects, but part of the individual character of each piece.
How should I care for my cup?
Hand wash only with warm water and a soft cloth. Do not subject the piece to sudden extreme changes in temperature.
How is my order packaged?
Each piece is carefully wrapped in protective packaging to prevent damage during international shipping.
